These Terms of Services govern access to and use of the MedicsWithAnna website and any guidance, forms or messages offered through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting a request, a visitor agrees to follow these terms.

Anyone who does not agree with these terms should stop using the site.

MedicsWithAnna offers general education about Medicare along with personal help comparing plan options, checking drug lists and reviewing doctor networks. The information is meant to support a decision, not to make one on anyone's behalf.

• MedicsWithAnna is not a government agency and is not connected with or endorsed by the federal Medicare program.
• Content on the site is general in nature and is not medical, legal or tax advice.
• Plan details, prices and networks are set by insurance carriers and can change without notice.

The site is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement under the laws where they live. A visitor who creates an account agrees to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep the password private and not share account access
• Report any use of the account that was not authorized
• Accept responsibility for activity that happens under the account

Reviews depend on the details a visitor supplies, such as prescriptions, doctors and coverage dates. MedicsWithAnna relies on that information as given and is not responsible for results that follow from incomplete or incorrect details.

When a visitor opts in on the sign up form, MedicsWithAnna may send service and marketing text messages related to Medicare guidance. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MedicsWithAnna is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law permits.

Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for matters that qualify for small claims court.

• Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted
• Each party bears its own legal costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise
